Test for Virus Inc. provides resources and training so organizations can successfully implement a rapid COVID testing and a health screening response system to operate safely and with confidence. We have partnered with the premier companies in the industry Abbott, Quidel and McKesson just to name a few.

THE LARGEST CHALLENGE
WE FACE IN THE SPREAD OF COVID-19 IS NONCONFORMITY OF A STANDARD PROTOCOL FOR ORGANIZATIONS TO FOLLOW
We work in diverse environments, and the only way to neutralize these environments is by taking preventative measures and administering rapid result Covid-19 testing within your facility. Typically when an individual is tested, there is a wait time of 2-3 days before results are returned. These delays make contact tracing and covid transitions mitigation nearly impossible to manage.

Test for Virus Inc. can provide the Covid -19 screening resources you need to be prepared and protected against COVID outbreaks at the workplace and home.
WHEN YOU HAVE
AN INTEGRATED & PRE EMPTIVE COVID -19 SCREENING STRATEGY
YOU MINIMIZE ORGANIZATIONAL RISKS
Most organizations rely only on masks, temperature checks, distancing, and symptom surveillance. These precautionary measures, although helpful, are not enough and will inevitably lead to infections, and individuals losing days and weeks at a time in quarantine. Implementing on site testing not only assists in slowing the spread, but allows the organization to minimize risk, lost time, and economic damage.
There are currently two kinds of testing available for SARS-CoV-2: Diagnostic Testing that detects either genetic material (RNA) or proteins (antigens) from the infecting virus, and Antibody Testing that detects the body’s immune response to infection (antibodies).
RAPID POINT OF CARE TESTING UTILIZES BOTH ANTIBODY & ANTIGEN TESTS
Different Types of Tests
Antibody Test
Diagnostic Testing
Serology
Checks for immune response to the infection (antibodies).
Molecular (PCR)
Checks for genetic material (RNA) from the virus.
Rapid Antigen
Checks for proteins (antigens) from the virus.
ABOUT INTEGRATED TESTING STRATEGIES & CLIA CERTIFICATIONS
NOT ALL MASKS ARE CREATED EQUAL
People can become enamored with fashion over safety, and there is significant (and dangerous) inconsistencies in mask protection and filtration. The CDC published new guidelines in February, 2021 creating a new standard for masks: ASTM 3502-21
Test for Virus recommends ASTM 3502-21 approved 3-Ply masks, and U.S. manufactured ASTM 3502-21 N95 masks.
EVEN WITH ALL THE PRECAUTIONS, AND SAFETY MEASURES
THERE MAY COME A DAY WHEN COVID STRIKES YOUR ORGANIZATION
With an integrated Covid-19 screening approach, and preventive measures, this can be an isolated incident vs. a widespread event.
Being prepared is essential, and Test for Virus will work with your organization to obtain CLIA Waivers for on-site testing, develop proper procedures, and provide the resources needed for accurate reporting. There is responsibility and liability, and having the proper procedures in place and executing them once an individual becomes symptomatic are essential for the organization.
